Grant in Latin by Peter Stonarde, merchant and burgess of Southampton, of lands held by him in Hythe and elsewhere in the parishes of Falley (Fawley) and Dybedene (Dibden), to eight trustees, to carry out a provision in the last will of Thomas Skevington, Bishop of Bangor and Abbot of Beaulieu. Dated 28 February 1529/30

Two seals are attached. The grantor's seal is a PS monogram. The official seal of the Mayor of Southampton (partly defective) is also attached on account of the unfamiliarity of the grantor's own seal. This seal depicts a ship at sea with stars, moon and sun in the background.
